Our Mission
Above All LLC, offers our clients a variety of services that will focus on the individual: will ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each client. We will help each client reach his or her individual goals set forth in the individual’s comprehensive plan of care. We will strive for the empowerment of each client and try to improve their quality of life in society. We will help each client function to the best of his or her abilities. Brian Collier, co-owner and CFO of Above All LLC. My goal is to provide everyone with a choice of where they would like to spend the elder years. My opinion is that most adults would like to spend these years at HOME. This is the service that we provide and we take tremendous pride in giving that option to everyone. I am the father of 3

My opinion is that most adults would like to spend these years at HOME. This is the service that we provide and we take tremendous pride in giving that option to everyone. I am the father of 3 wonderful kids and the husband of a 13 year marriage. After graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, I worked at many different levels of management in Sales and Service. Brian and Above All LLC have over 20 years of experience in helping the Elderly Population and have helped 100s of clients. Please allow me to share with you the options and services that we provide. I am happy to offer you the choice that you deserve.

Jenny Choi is the Director of Above All LLC. She has resided in the Shreveport/Bossier area for the past 20 years. While Jenny was born and raised on the island of Guam, she moved to the “mainland” (stateside) in the summer of 1999 after graduating high school from St. John’s School. Ms. Choi has a Master’s in Health Administration and a
Jenny Choi is the Director of Above All LLC. She has resided in the Shreveport/Bossier area for the past 20 years. While Jenny was born and raised on the island of Guam, she moved to the “mainland” (stateside) in the summer of 1999 after graduating high school from St. John’s School. Ms. Choi has a Master’s in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and is said to have been “BLESSED to find a career in the field she was excited to study.
While in school, Jenny gained experience in the work field as a manager and shift lead for various retail and barista positions. She also worked at the Social and Economics Science Research center in Pullman, WA conducting surveys in 4 different languages. In April 2003, Jenny started her career as a Program Manager Above All LLC. Above All provides Home and Community Based Services to the elderly and disabled population. Individuals suffering from Developmental Disabilities also benefit from the services that Above All LLC offers. Jenny performs the daily operations of various administrative duties such as keeping licenses current, keeping contracts for clients active, billing and receiving claims, organizes and delegates tasks for her team of administrators, and markets to close new contracts. In April of 2021, Jenny would be serving her 18th year as the Regional Director for Above All LLC.
Working in the Long-term care industry is Jenny’s passion, and she says the best part is being able to provide services for the elderly and/or disabled (physically, developmentally, or both) to stay in the comfort of their own home versus having to live in a facility with strangers. “My job is to help people and their loved ones when they are in their most vulnerable state so they could have peace of mind and be comfortable in their home sweet home. She also said the “she may not be able to cure terminal diseases, but if a client’s last wish is to be able to stay in their home, they sacrificed their life to make, she can surely do that!”
“The way I see it when an individual reaches the age where they need assistance with both activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, they become depressed and frustrated and can feel like they are burdening their loved ones. How great would it be to be able to have a person you trust to assist you with your needs so your family could continue living their lives while you do the same in your own home? This would truly be a win, win situation. We at Above All LLC pride ourselves on representing all our clients’ absolute best interest so they could continue to live comfortably in peace.”
When Jenny is not on her computer studying new state modules and regulations or hidden behind her mile-high stack of paperwork, you may find her reading a book, or cooking with her husband and two daughters. She also expressed that she enjoys long walks on the beach while enjoying an iced latte (LOL).
